Fully Accredited Program Chartered Building Information Modeling Project Manager (CBIM™)

Building Information Management is a game-changer for construction and engineering projects. Organizations adopting BIM strategies reduce project costs by up to 25%, improve collaboration efficiency by 30%, and minimize rework by 40% compared to traditional methods

This certified program is designed to equip project leaders with the advanced expertise required to manage complex BIM-enabled environments across the entire asset lifecycle. From BIM governance to ISO 19650-compliant digital delivery, this program will empower you to lead structured, data-driven project execution with confidence and precision. You will master Employer’s Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Planning (BEP), CDE governance, and multidisciplinary coordination across architecture, structure, MEP, and civil teams. Through hands-on use of Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, InfraWorks, and Civil 3D, you will control model federation, clash detection, versioning, and ISO-aligned information workflows.

Throughout the program, you will integrate 3D design coordination with 4D construction sequencing, 5D cost control, 6D asset information management, 7D sustainability analysis, and 8D safety and risk planning. You will learn to configure and manage a robust Common Data Environment, conduct AI-driven environmental simulations, perform model-based quantity take-offs, and deliver COBie-compliant asset data ready for facility management. Real-world case studies and live coordination exercises enhance your ability to reduce rework, mitigate risk, improve collaboration, and drive measurable performance across infrastructure and building projects.

Upon successfully completing the program, you will be attaining the Chartered Building Information Modeling Project Manager (CBIM™) designation. This credential will position you among the selected tier of practitioners qualified to lead BIM-driven transformation at the highest level. It signals to employers, clients, and project boards that you command not only the technical precision required to deliver integrated 3D–8D project outcomes, but also the strategic authority to govern information environments, align multidisciplinary teams, and optimize asset performance across the full project lifecycle.
